Samsung Mobile Nigeria has unveiled the prices of the newly launched Galaxy S23 are to be sold in Nigeria. The three flagship smartphones feature One UI 5.1 based on Android 13, Dynamic AMOLED displays, and are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.

The S23 and S23 Plus come with newer designs and bigger batteries than their predecessors. The S23 Ultra has mostly retained the features of its predecessor, bar the improved processor. In Nigeria, all three models are available but in limited memory configurations.

Does Samsung Galaxy S23 support 5G networks?

All three models are compatible with Nigerian 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks. If you are looking to use it for 5G connectivity, do confirm with your network operator of choice. MTN Nigeria has an active 5G network with coverage in eight (8) states and Abuja Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Mafab/Mcom is looking to activate its 5G network in 6 cities, while Airtel Nigeria is expected to launch 5G services before the end of 2023.

Samsung S23 is the smallest of the three, with a 6.1-inch display, while the S23 Plus has a 6.6-inch display, and the big daddy of the lot, Galaxy S23 Ultra, has a 6.8-inch display with S Pen stylus support.

Samsung Mobile Nigeria kicked off things with a pre-order. The Samsung Galaxy S23, S23 Plus, and S23 Ultra are available from Samsung stores, independent retail stores, as well as e-commerce websites around the country. As for colours, they all come in Lavender, Cream, Phantom Black and Green.
