The newly released Infinix HOT 10, is an Android based device that takes gaming and entertainment to the next level. With good quality processors and features to make your experience worthwhile and full of satisfaction. And trust me, the phone isn’t only about gaming and entertainment.
The Infinix HOT 10 was announced on the 17 September, 2020 and released a month later on the 17 October, 2020.
- Operating system: Android 10, XOS 7.0
Infinix was able to implement the Android 10 into this device along with their latest XOS 7.0 OS. you can be sure that your home will run smoothly with the lovely features that catch the eye.
- Dimensions: 171.1 x 77.6 x 8.9 mm
It is a very large phone, perfect for gaming and entertainment i.e watching shows, movies, YouTube, e.t.c. For me having a phone that is 6’78 is golden and it’s not even heavy in the slightest.
- Mass: 195 g
- Memory: 3, 4, 6 GB RAM
- Storage: 64 or 128 GB
- Supported Networks: 2G, 3G, 4G
The Infinix HOT 10 supports all networks apart from 5G, seeing as it has not been implemented in Nigeria. Let’s hope that with time it will come along.
- System on chip: MediaTek Helio G70
- CPU:Octa-core (2×2.0 GHz Cortex-A75 & 6×1.7 GHz Cortex-A55)
- GPU: Mali-G52 2EEMC2
The device has very impressive processors, with good graphics. Of course, they are not the best processors and neither are the graphics but they are substantially good. You combine these processors with a large screen like this one and you are good to go, as far as gaming and entertainment are concerned.
- Battery: 5,200 mAh
Who doesn’t love a good battery? The Infinix HOT 10 has quite the efficient battery type that most of all want. I cannot guarantee for sure that it lasts up to a day, but I know you will have hours upon hours of uninterrupted use of your phone before needing to charge it again.
- Rear Camera : 16 MP, (wide), PDAF
2 MP, (macro)
2 MP, (depth)
QVGA (Low light sensor)
- Quad-LED flash, HDR, panorama
- Front Camera: 8 MP (Wide), 1080p@30fps
The camera of the Infinix HOT 10 is not the best quality. You will find, not even the second best, e.t.c. but it can hold its own in saying that it takes good pictures, bright, clear, detailed pictures. Not at the highest level, but a rather standard one. And as is the trend with most phone’s (if not all) you will find that you get much better pictures with the rear camera than the front.
- Sensors: Fingerprint (rear-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass
- Connectivity: Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot
- Bluetooth 5.0, A2DP, LE
The Infinix HOT 10, without a doubt, is a brilliant budget phone that is quite versatile. It costs anything from N60,000 to N70,000 at any retail outlet or online platform. It wouldn’t hurt to try this out.
