The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE (Fan edition) is now on sale in Nigeria – for ₦420,000. That’s about ₦50,000 less than the vanilla Galaxy S21. At that price, it isn’t much of an affordable flagship, but more of a less affordable premium flagship.
We are not sure what to make of that. It appears that Samsung is positioning the Fan edition range to be seen as not inferior to the Galaxy s flagship range. In other words, if you want a more affordable smartphone, buy a mid-range Galaxy A device.
The Galaxy S21 FE works on 2G, 3G, and 4G networks on MTN, Globacom, Airtel, and 9mobile . It is also 5G-enabled, so whenever MTN or Mafab launches their 5G network, you should be good to go.

The Galaxy S21 Fan Edition sells for ₦420,000 (four hundred and twenty thousand naira). This price is for the 8/256 GB variant of the phone.
There are also 6/128 GB and 8/128 GB variants in production, but we are yet to see those available at any retailer in the country.
PS: 8/256 GB means 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage memory.
