OPPO Reno 4, Reno 4 Pro Launched With 65W Fast Charge Support

The OPPO Reno 4 and Reno 4 Pro devices have been recently launched in China. These smartphones arrive with triple rear cameras and are powered by a Snapdragon 765G SoC, bringing with it 5G network connectivity. Both devices offer similar specifications with the Reno 4 having a slightly larger battery.

 

OPPO Reno 4 Pro

The OPPO Reno 4 Pro runs the Android 10-based ColorOS 7.2 operating system. It is built around a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The Snapdragon 765G SoC is found under the hood, paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage.

In the camera department, three rear cameras are found in the back panel with a 48MP main camera headlining this setup and is assisted by a 12MP ultra-wide camera and a 13MP telephoto camera. A laser detection autofocus lens is also available. Up front, a single hole-punch display cutout housing a 32MP selfie camera takes care of selfies and video calls.

A 4,000mAh battery with 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging support keeps this device powered all day. This smartphone is priced at $537 for the 8GB+128GB storage model and $607 for the 12GB + 256GB storage model.

It is currently available in Galactic Blue, Sparkling Red, Space White and Space Black colour options. Official sales are expected to commence on the 12th of June.

The Reno 4 runs the Android 10-based ColorOS 7.2 OS with a smaller 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with dual selfie hole-punch cutouts found in the top left corner of the screen. This device is also powered by the Snapdragon 765G SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage.

A triple rear camera setup with a 48MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP monochromatic sensor take care of photography duties. This device also has a laser detection autofocus lens in the back panel. In the hole-punch cutout, there are two sensors to handle selfies with a 32MP selfie camera alongside a 2MP selfie camera.

The Reno 4 has a slightly larger 4,020mAh battery with 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging support. This device is available in two variants, an 8GB+128GB variant which costs $423 and an 8GB+256GB option which goes for $466. It is currently available in Galactic Blue, Space White and Space Black, the Reno 4 is available for pre-orders and will go on sale from the 12th of June.
