Download Content From Netflix
To download content from Netflix, you need to be on the Standard or Premium subscription plan. Also, your device must be on the latest version of your operating system, eg iOS, Android, Windows, etc.
To download, tap the show or movie, and look for the Download button (which will download the entire season). If you want to download single episodes, tap the Download icon next to the episode.
Download Content From BBC iPlayer
BBC iPlayer is another popular streaming service and it also comes with good movies and TV shows.
To download on BBC iPlayer, find the episode or movie that you want to download, and tap Download under the description. If you want to see the progress of your download, go to Menu, then Downloads, and then Queue.
Download Content From Amazon Prime Video
Amazon Prime Video is arguably the second most popular streaming service after Netflix. And The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, Peripherals are some top-notch exclusive shows on it.
To download, open the Prime Video app, and navigate to the show or movie you want to download. Tap the Download button on the screen. You can access the downloaded videos in the Download tabs on your Profile.
Download Content From Max
Max was formerly known as HBO and it is responsible for great shows like Game of Thrones, House of The Dragons, and more.
To download from Max, you have to be on the Max’s Ad-Free or Ultimate Ad-Free plans, with you being able to download up to 30 or 100 titles respectively. When on the app, navigate to the show or movie that you want to download abs tap the Download button up top. Tap the Download button next to the episode you want to download.
Download Content From Disney+
To download from Disney+, you need to be on the Disney+ Premium, Disney Bundle Trio Premium, or Legacy Disney Bundle plan. With them, you can download on up to 10 mobile devices that are connected.
To download, navigate to the content you want to download, and tap the Download button that is on the details page. Tap the Download icon at the bottom to access all the content that you have downloaded.
Download Content From Apple TV+
As an Apple TV+ user, it is possible for you to download content for you to watch later on.
Go to the TV show or movie you want to download. For shows, tap the three-dot icon next to the name and select Download while for movies, tap the Download icon (a downward-facing arrow) at the top right.
Download Content From Hulu
Hulu is another popular streaming service that is available and it is packed with interesting shows and movies. It is possible for you to download content for offline viewing on Hulu but you need to be on the No Ads plan.
To download content, navigate to the movie and tap the Download icon that is on the same line as the Share, Like, and Dislike icons. For shows, tap the Download icon next to the episode that you want to download.
Download Content From Paramount+
Paramount+ is another streaming service that we will be including in this post as they have great TV shows and movies. To download, you have to be on the Showtime plan and have a phone running on a recent OS version. The download limit is at 25 videos which is kind of a bummer and after 30 days, downloads disappear.
Go to the show or movie that you want to download and tap the Download icon (arrow facing down at a line) in the description. A progress icon will come up showing you how the download is going.
