OPPO A73 Unveiled, Features 16MP Quad Cameras, 16MP Selfie Cam

The OPPO A73 has been unveiled in Tunisia as the latest addition to OPPO’s collection of smartphones. This device is a rebrand of the F17 which launched in September.

This smartphone features a 6.44-inch (1080×2400 pixels) Super AMOLED display with an optical fingerprint scanner and a teardrop notch that houses a 16MP selfie camera. Under the hood, the Snapdragon 662 SoC is hooked to 6GB of RAM. The phone’s internal storage is pegged at 128GB and can be expanded with a microSD card.

The OPPO A73 features four rear cameras, with a 16MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and two 2MP depth sensors.

It packs a respectable 4,015mAh battery which supports 30W VOOC 4.0 fast charging. The OPPO A73 runs the Android 10 OS with ColorOS 7.2 straight from the box.

The OPPO A73’s price is yet to be made public, but certain reports expect its pricing to hover around $245, the same price point as the F17. It is available in Classic Silver and Navy Blue color options, and is expected in other regions in the coming weeks.
