Infinix Smart 4 Plus Launched With Massive 6,000mAh Battery

Infinix Smart 4 Plus has been launched in India as the successor to the Smart 3 Plus which was released earlier in 2019. This device has an incredible 6,000mAh battery and features a 6.82-inch display, dual rear cameras and a MediaTek Helio A25 SoC.

The dual-SIM (Nano) Infinix Smart 4 Plus runs the Android 10-based XOS 6.2. It is built around a 6.82-inch HD+ (720×1640 pixels) IPS display with a 20.5:9 aspect ratio and a 90.5 percent screen-to-body ratio.

Under the hood, the MediaTek Helio A25 SoC keeps this device ticking, working in tandem with 3GB of RAM and 32Gb of onboard storage (expandable via microSD to 256GB). It packs a humongous 6,000mAh battery that is tipped to provide 15 hours of gaming time.

In the camera department, a dual-rear camera setup with a 13MP main camera and a depth sensor take care of photography duties. These cameras also support features like Auto Scene detection, AI HDR, AI 3D Beauty, Panorama, and AR Animoji. Up front, an 8MP selfie camera housed in a waterdrop notch handles video call duty.

This device measures 171.82×77.96×8.9 and weighs 207 grams. It is currently available in one storage variant, a 3GB+32GB model which costs $107. Its colour options are Ocean Wave, Midnight Black and Violet. There are no reports yet regarding when this device will be available in other markets.

  1. Well. I don’t see any innovative design in this particular model and I find it ridiculous that a phone maker would cram a beautiful phone like this with 6000mah battery. Common, that’s a lot of weight for a smartphone that’s supposed to be a handset.
