Huawei Nova 8 Launched with Quad-Rear Cameras, 6.5-inch Display

The Huawei Nova 8 has been released by Huawei as one of the newest smartphones from the Chinese company. This smartphone features four rear cameras, a 90Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate.

The Huawei Nova 8 launched with the EMUI 11 based on Android 10 and is built around a 6.5-inch HD+ (1080×2400 pixels) OLED display with a 90Hz screen refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. Under the hood, the octa-core Kirin 985 chipset, is hooked to 8GB of RAM and 128/256GB of onboard storage that keeps this device ticking.

In the camera department, it boasts four rear cameras with a 64MP main sensor assisted by an 8MP secondary sensor and two 2MP sensors. When it comes to selfies, a 32MP selfie camera takes care of video call responsibilities and selfies.

The Huawei Nova 8 launched with a rather curious 3,900mAh battery pack that supports fast charging at 66W. This device joins the Huawei Nova 8 SE, which launched in November.

The Huawei Nova 8 is available in two storage variants, an 8GB+128GB model which costs CNY 3,299 ($505) and an 8GB+256GB model that costs CNY 3,699 ($565).
