The Huawei Mate 40 has been released as the latest Huawei device in the Mate 40 series. This smartphone features three rear cameras, a 90Hz refresh rate and a 4,200mAh battery.

The Huawei Mate 40 launched with the EMUI 11 based on Android 10 and is built around a 6.5-inch HD+ (1080×2376 pixels) OLED display with a 90Hz screen refresh rate. Under the hood, the octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 9000E chipset, working with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage keeps this device ticking.

In the camera department, it boasts a triple-rear camera setup with a 50MP main sensor, a 16MP secondary sensor and an 8MP tertiary sensor. Up front, a 13MP selfie camera takes care of video call responsibilities and selfies.

The Huawei Mate 40 launched with a 4,200mAh battery pack that supports proprietary fast charging, weighing 188.0 grams and measuring 158.60×72.50×8.80 mm.

The Huawei Mate 40 is available in a single storage variant, an 8GB RAM+128GB model which costs $1,065. It launched in Mystic Silver, Yellow, Green, Black, and White colours
