Airtel’s 10GB double bonus data plan costs just ₦2,500

As some of you already know, and for those that don’t, I’ve been singing Airtel’s praises for a while now. Well, the singing isn’t going to stop, because it just gets better and better. As I am writing this right now, Airtel has a bonus double data plan that gives you 10GB for just 2,500 naira. I’m literally at loss for words right now. What else do you want?

FEATURES OF THE AIRTEL 10GB FOR 2500 NAIRA DOUBLE DATA PLAN

When you enter in the necessary information to acquire the data plan, you are actually buying 5GB of data while Airtel gives you a bonus of 5GB. Crazy stuff. Unfortunately, it is not available for all Airtel SIMs. To check if yours is among the eligible one’s, all you have to do is dial *144#. A message in this format will be sent to you;

“Enjoy Airtel 100% double Data
3GB for N1000
10GB for N2500”

HOW TO CHECK IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE DOUBLE DATA BONUS ON AIRTEL

To enjoy the Airtel double data offer, send a text message GET to 141. That’s go to message -> create message -> type GET -> send to 141. After sending that message, you’ll receive another message immediately which says:

”Dear Customer, your smartphone offer will be activated shortly. You will receive a confirmation SMS when the offer is activated. DO NOT RESEND YOUR REQUEST.”

After few seconds you’ll receive another message which goes like this

“Congratulations!, You can now enjoy 100% data bonus anytime everyday…..”.

HOW TO ACTIVATE THE AIRTEL 10GB FOR 2500 NAIRA DOUBLE DATA 

Using the same code as displayed earlier (*144#), when the message popped up, you tap on the plan that you want (in this case, the 10GB for N2,500 plan). You will then receive your data instantly along with a message acknowledging the fact that you have acquired the data.

You can also get a new Airtel SIM, to see if it works on that. When you see that message from dialing that code, you simply tap on the plan that you want. It is as simple and as easy as that.

There are no restrictions to the plan, use it anytime, anyhow, and for anything. Enjoy.
