Huawei Nova 8 SE has been launched as the first smartphone in the Nova 8 series. This smartphone is a successor to the Nova 7 SE which launched in April this year. This new device brings the MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC to play, with quad rear cameras and a 3,800mAh battery that charges at an incredible 66W.
The Huawei Nova 8 SE launched with the EMUI 10.1 based on Android 10 and brings 128GB of onboard storage to the table. It features a 6.53-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) OLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC keeps this smartphone ticking. It is hooked to 8GB of RAM that ensures this device runs smoothly.
In the camera department, a quad-rear camera setup consists of a 64MP primary sensor assisted by an 8MP ultra wide-angle sensor, a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. Up front, a 16MP sensor takes care of selfies and video calls.
The Huawei Nova 8 SE launched with four color options, Magic Night Black, Deep Sea Blue, Sakura Snow Clear Sky, and Silver Moon Stars. It also brings a 3,800mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging. The Huawei Nova 8 SE is priced at CNY 2,599 ($392) for the 8GB+128GB variant and it is expected to go on sale in China from Single’s day (the 11th of November in China).
It weighs 178 grams and measures 161.6×74.8×7.46mm.
