Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Infinix, seems to have been busy in its labs. If a new leak is to be believed, we will be seeing an Infinix smartphone with 150W fast charging soon.
Smartphone manufacturers around the world have been slugging it out to push out the fastest charging solutions possible. At the forefront of this race have been Xiaomi, OPPO, Vivo, and OnePlus. But none of them has a 150W charging technology.
If real, Infinix’s 150W super charging will be a game changer. The leaked images suggest that the battery gets “instantly full”.
Consider that Xiaomi’s MI 11 Ultra comes equipped with 67W fast charging, which is advertised as charging the phone full from zero in 36 minutes.
The OnePlus 9 Pro has a 65W fast charging solution that claims to deliver zero to 100% in 29 minutes.
OPPO Find X3 Pro has 65W fast charging too, but it delivers a full charge in 40 minutes instead.
The “instantly full” phrase used in the alleged Infinix leak could be marketing though. More likely, the phone will be fully charged in about 10 to 15 minutes.
However it really works, an Infinix smartphone with 150W fast charging will be something to see. We have no other details about it besides this leaked images, however.
