Last week, Kathleen Ndongmo dragged me out to a meeting with Alpesh Patel and Nikhil Patel, CEO and COO respectively at mi-Fone. mi-Fone is an African mobile phone brand with official presence in 17 African countries. Both Alpesh and Nikhil admit that regardless of their successes elsewhere, mi-Fone has not been active in THE African country, Nigeria. But now, they are ready. Nigeria is mi-Fone’s core focus this year, and you can expect to see more of their smartphone and tablet range in a store near you.
Here is what is easily the best photograph of Kathleen looking fabulous at the car park after our very fruitful meeting:
The photograph was taken by me (and Kathleen swears that I take good pictures). Seeing as she didn’t return the favour by taking me, here is one she pulled off nicely as Nikhil and I said goodbyes a few minutes earlier back inside:
In the meantime, the mi-Fone A350 (pictured above) is in the house and getting a review here on MOBILITY. Other models in the mi-Fone line-up will be stopping by too from time to time.
