Nigerians have seen their fair share of new brands make an entry into the market. In recent times, they include Leagoo, Soda, Fero, Olla, and Cubot, just to name a few. A new brand is here, and it is named Qubo. The top model in its present product lineup is the Qubo X668. Let’s see what it brings to the table.
Qubo X668 Specs
- Android 11 Operating system
- 2G, 3G, 4G mobile networks support (MTN, Globacom, Airtel, and 9mobile are all supported).
- Dual nano SIM card
- 6.53 inch 720×1600 pixels IPS waterdrop screen

- 4GB RAM
- 64GB ROM memory
- Main camera 13MP with flashlight
- Selfie camera 8MP
- Fingerprint & face unlock
- 4900mAh non-removable battery
We are not sure why some mobile phone brands hide the processor in certain models, but we suspect that if the processor was cutting edge, its name would be plastered everywhere. PS: some sources have said the processor is Spreadtrum UniSoC SC9863A.
Qubo X668 Price
The phone sells for ₦51,900, and is available from Jumia Mall. You might be able to find it on Jiji too.
What phone brand is Qubo?
There isn’t a lot of information about the Qubo brand out there. We do know they have been selling Android smartphones for at least two years, and that their phones are manufactured in China. It is likely that the brand itself is Chinese. Qubo phones fall into the affordable smartphone category, with its top product costing below ₦60,000.
