Huawei Nova 7 SE 5G Youth has been released as the latest smartphone from the company. This smartphone is a toned-down variant of the Huawei Nova 7 SE 5G which launched in April this year. The Huawei Nova 7 SE 5G Youth launched with a different chipset (the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 800U) under the hood and features four rear cameras.
The Huawei Nova 7 SE 5G Youth runs the Android 10-based EMUI 10.1 and is built around a 6.5-inch FHD+ (1080×2400 pixels) LTPS LCD display. Under the hood, the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset is hooked to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage.
In the camera department, this 5G phone boasts a quad-rear camera setup with a 64MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, a 2MP macro sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. Up front, a 16MP selfie camera takes care of video call responsibilities and selfies.
This smartphone has a 4,000mAh battery pack that supports proprietary fast charging, weighing 189 grams and measuring 162.31×75.00×8.58 mm.
The Huawei Nova 7 SE 5G Youth launched with a sole 8GB+128GB model that sells for CNY 2,299 ($343). It is available in Qijing Forest, Midsummer Purple, Silver Moon Star, and Magic Night Black colours. It is currently ready on sale in China and is expected to reach a number of other markets in the coming days.
