TECNO Spark 30C is an entry-level phone with IR blaster; does the price match?

The TECNO Spark 30C is one of the latest smartphones released in Nigeria in August 2024. It features a 720 x 1612 resolution IPS LCD screen with a 6.6-inch size. Notable specifications encompass a robust 5000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.

The device is available in two memory variants – one with 4GB RAM and the other with 6GB RAM. There is also additional extended RAM support. Internal storage is 128GB for both variants.

And with the Spark 30C being a low-end device, you shouldn’t expect any promises from TECNO. Even if they do promise one or two updates, their track record is that those updates will likely take forever to arrive.

So, if you buy the TECNO Spark 30C, it is best to assume that all you will get is the Android 14 that it rolls out with. If TECNO does roll out any updates, take it that the gods are happy with you.
