They both have 8 GB RAM, and storage memory options of 128 GB and 256 GB. Battery capacity is 4000 mAh and 4800 mAh for the S21 and S21 Plus respectively.
In the camera department, these two models are twins as well, sporting a triple camera, with a 12MP main lens, a 12MP ultra-wide angle lens and a 64MP zoom lens at the back. For selfies, each is equipped with a 10-megapixel lens housed in a punch hole.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra: Specs
The S21 Ultra is a 5G model too and has a 6.8-inch dynamic AMOLED display, 12 GB and 16 GB options of RAM, 128 GB, 256 GB, and 512 GB storage memory options, as well as SPen support.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra has a 108-megapixel quad camera (including a telephoto lens) at the back, while there is a 40-megapixel lens in the front camera. Keeping the lights on is a 5000 mAh battery.
Like the Galaxy S21 and S21 Plus, the S21 Ultra uses a Snapdragon 888 processor.
