Afewgoodmen,
I have updated the news item with the dates and venue for the event: August 17 to August 18 at the University of Lagos Auditorium.
In addition, Mobility Nigeria is being signed up as a media partner to the event, and I have just been invited today to speak at the event.

Yomi, Thanks. This is the first of its kind in Nigeria, and I intend to be there. Perhaps I’d say Hi to you over there. I am delighted mobility Nigeria would be represented there and that you would give one of the keynote speeches!

Thanks guys for the support and encouragement. You’ll certainly be seeing more people here on Mobility Nigeria, as we are about to do some public awareness via a major national newspaper.
It will be the first time that we are going public that way since the inception of the site.
Meanwhile, keep letting us know how we can make this site a richer resource for you and others, and we will explore your suggestions.
Cheers.

This is a great news that this kind of development is coming to Nigeria. Although I have not seen a Nigerian made mobile application, I think this is a good way to bring aspiring mobile application developers from Nigeria together and assure them that there is future for them.
