Simply insert the SIM of a different network into the
modem then plug it into your computer. A pop up will appear asking for
the unlock code. Enter the unlock code then wait a few seconds. Once
the modem is unlocked, the network of the SIM inside the modem will
show @ the bottom left of the dashboard.

If the modem doesn’t unlock, stop trying that code and let me know.
You’ve only got 10 chances to unlock a modem. After that the modem
will stay locked 4 life to the network that sold it to you.
