Azeez, on your phone, go to Tools -> Sync -> ZYB -> Edit Sync Profile -> Applications -> Contacts -> Remote database. In “Remote Database”, ensure that what is there is:

Hi,
I got the settings from zyb but got a error message saying I had to delete a data bank as there wasn’t enough space.I did that but now cant get hold of the synchronization settings.The phone is a sony ericsson k800i.

Ajay, backup and restore of SMS is an extra or premium service by ZYB, to the best of my knowledge. It is not included in the standard free service. The same goes for pictures.
